  • Young Scientist Financial Award
    Awarded by the International IOC/WESTPAC Science Conference, Busan, South Korea (March 28–31, 2010).

  • Best Poster Presenter Award
    For the presentation titled “Key Challenges and Effectiveness of Marine Regime Creation” at the Techno Ocean Conference, Kobe, Japan (October 14–16, 2010). 

  • Best Paper Presenter Award
    For the paper “Cyanobacteria Bloom and Toxicity of Lake Kasumigaura in Japan” at the 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Future for Human Security, Kyoto University, Japan (October 8–9, 2011). 

  • Best Young Researcher Award
    Conferred by the International Society of Ecological Modeling (ISEM) in 2012.

  • JSPS Postdoctoral Research Fellowship
    Awarded by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) for a two-year postdoctoral research at the University of Tokyo, Japan (2012–2014).

  • Monbukagakusho (MEXT) Scholarship
    Received from the Japanese Government for Ph.D. research at the University of Tokyo, Japan.

    For a research article presented at the 5th IEEE International Women in Engineering (WIE) Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering (WIECON-ECE) 2019, Bangalore, India.
